If there is an error in your schedule, please complete the schedule correction request form in its entirety so that your schedule correction request may be considered in a timely manner. Incomplete or emailed requests will not be processed. Changes for a different teacher and/or lunch will not be considered.

Schedule Correction Requests are to be completed no later than 3:00 PM, on Friday, August 21st.
